ABOUT LOZ. STYLING

The important bits. I have qualifications in Personal Styling with the London College of Style and the London College of Fashion. After a long career in communications, I jacked it all in so I could play dress-up, I love fashion and styling, so what better way to spend my days than helping people find clothes they look fantastic in.

However, once I started learning about body shapes, styling, and colours, what I found is that my relationship with clothes ran so much deeper than just looking good. I have been using clothes as a suit of armour my whole life, they have the power to lift me up when I am feeling down, to give me an air of confidence when inside all I want to do is crumble. Clothing allows me to fit in when I want to, and stand-out when I want to make an impression.

I, like many women, have faced life changes, from leaving a corporate job in London, to moving to a coastal town in Devon. From being a single gal about town, to becoming a mum of two up to her knees in tantrums. I have gone from being a 20-year-old who could eat anything and stay slim, to looking down at a stretch marked mum tum with stones to lose. I have felt secure in my skin but I have also felt lost with no identity, not knowing who I am, needing to re-define myself.

Throughout all these changes, the way I dress and the way I use clothing to overcome my insecurities has given me the strength to face each day at a time. To feel stronger, to feel taller, to feel slimmer, to feel most importantly, more me.

I want ALL women and men to have this superpower – to understand how they can use what they wear to help them be the best versions of themselves, to have fun with clothes, to use them to redefine who they are and to help them function through their daily lives, but in a style that makes them feel fantastic. That’s all, I want to help you feel, well... feel more you.
